Hydraulic and Lubrication Systems

• The machine is equipped with power hydraulics system, supplied from separate pack, which releases toolholders in head.
   
• The hydraulic system has checking apparatus installed which signals the pressure drops and can cause the switching off of the machine.
   
• The machine is provided with the following lubrication systems:
   
• Lubrication of bearings in bed by means of separate circulatory systems with pump an oil cooling system.
   
• Gearbox, toothed transmissions between gearbox and table are circulatory lubricated by means of separate pump with motor.
   
• Lubrication of sliding surfaces of ram, head and ball screws nuts is carried out in periods and centrally.
   
• The system is equipped with checking apparatus which signals the incorrect operation and can switch off the machine.
