Drives and Control Systems

• The machine will be equipped with digital FANUC Control CNC system. Control is performed from CNC panel, which includes all elements of machine control.
   
• Workpiece machining can be made according to program and manually controlled from CNC panel.
   
• The system and control elements are located on pendant panel, which is movable for setting at comfortable position for the operator.
   
• Elements of electrical and electronic apparatus are housed in separate cabinet.
   
• Motions of movable units are limited with limit switches.
   
• Main drive is of SIEMENS or equivalent type.
   
• Electrical equipment will be adapted for the following parameters:
   
• Working voltage of 3 x 460V with neutral lead
   
• Frequency 60 Hz
   
• Control voltage of 115V AC, 24V DC
   
• Electrical equipment will be made according to U.L. standards.
